Henry joins the firm’s San Antonio office as Of Counsel. His experience in Estate Planning spans over 40 years, specializing in wills, trusts, probate, charitable planning, and federal taxation- primarily estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes and fiduciary income taxation. He is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1981 and is a past member and chairman of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization’s Exam Commission for Estate Planning and Probate Law. Henry is AV rated by his peers in Martindale-Hubbell, since 1984.
